Hurrah!      paper-and-string now has a loyalty card!

To thank you for being such lovely repeat customers I have launched a loyalty card... it's super-easy to join in and once you've filled it up you will receive a Free Craft Kit:: 

                                           

Each Free Craft Kit contains :: 5x squares of 12" felt,  5x metres of ribbon,  1m of felt ric rac, a bag of buttons and a selection of metal findings

 

You don't need to do anything to join the loyalty scheme, simply place an order and I will do the rest for you.

Details :: Each loyalty card has 18 circles with £5 printed in the circles. For every £5 spent a sticker is placed on the £5 circle. To fill the card you need to spend 18 lots of £5. You can do this in one go by spending £90 (excluding any postage charges)  Or you can do this over a number of orders. You can fill as many cards as you like!  All the kits will be different so you'll never have 2 the same!

                       

Valid orders :: Orders placed on my website, folksy shop, eBay shop or etsy shop will count towards your loyalty card stickers. Orders placed in my etsy bulk shop or on my wholesale website will not count.  Postage charges are not counted as part of the total spent.

Bonus Stickers :: Bonus stickers will be awarded at my discretion. There will be chances to gain bonus stickers at different times of the year and all details of these special offers will be announced on my blog.

How it works :: Let me give you an example. Order 1 :: total spend of £16.25 = 3 stickers awarded. I will send a loyalty with 3 stickers attached in the parcel with the order. Order 2 :: total spend of £45.25 = 9 stickers awarded. I will send another loyalty card with 3 stickers + 9 stickers, in the parcel with the order. The original loyalty card can be recycled. Order 3 :: total spend of £33.97 = 6 stickers awarded The loyalty card is full so I will send the Free Craft Kit. If you earn more stickers than you need to fill your card you will receive a newly stickered loyalty card with your Free Craft Kit, and the cycle continues!

                    

Claiming your free craft kit :: There is no need to send me your loyalty card, or email to tell me it's full!  I will know and send you your gift automatically. The loyalty cards have no value to them, I am sending them to you so you are kept up to date with your progress and it is the detail I hold on your account that qualifies you for the stickers, and ultimately your free craft kit. If you think I have made a mistake (because I'm only me, not a loyalty card robot!) please email me :: mail@paper-and-string.co.uk  Now you have read all that information you can shop, shop, shop ...  happy in the knowledge that I will take care of everything else!

Permissions :: I need to keep a record of your name, address and order totals.  I NEVER keep records of payment details (I never see them, PayPal does that bit for me!) Your details will be kept for the sole use of the loyalty card scheme.   NEVER for anything else.  If you do not want a record kept please inform me mail@paper-and-string.co.uk  and I will destroy your loyalty card account.
